A workshop exploring openness and connectedness—two of Chiba Sensei’s five pillars of Aikido—and how effective orientation helps us establish center-to-center, heart-to-heart, and mind-to-mind connection with our partners.

Practice will include Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement, ki musubi no tachi, jo awase, and basic body arts.
